Privacy Policy

Your personal data is held on paper file and also a computer data base on a UK based cloud with Revelation Pets

We use personal data for contacting you regarding your bookings with us and for contacting your or our vet. To comply with licensing rules we have to hold owners contact and veterinary details

 We only share your information with your or our veterinary surgeon in relation to your pet

We keep your data for three years after your last booking due to licensing rules

You can request what personal data we hold about you by e mailing northrigtoncountrykennelsandcattery@outlook.com with this request including for the attention of  Linda Lloyd

You can request to have your personal data deleted but we would as a consequence not be able to take your pet for boarding due to licensing requirements

Terms and Conditions 

Dogs and cats must be up to date with all vaccinations, including kennel cough for dogs and worming and flea treatment and they will not be accepted without a vaccination certificate which must be presented at the start of each booking unless you are informed otherwise for regular customers. Any deposit or money paid for the animals boarding will be forfeited if pets are refused boarding due to not being vaccinated and/or proof of vaccination not being provided.

Whilst great care will be given to pets, they are boarded entirely at  the owners risk.  The  owner authorizes  North Rigton Kennels to contact my vet or North Rigton Kennel's  vet if my vet is unavailable and I agree to pay any fees incurred; (we will attempt to contact you and/or your emergency contact first). I authorize North Rigton Kennels to transport my animal if necessary to a vet and agree to pay for this service, as advertised in reception. In the first instance North Rigton Kennels will try to arrange your emergency contact to take your pet to the vet.

Pets sharing accommodation together are at the my/the owners risk. I accept that if they cause injury or cannot live together they will be separated and an additional kennel/cattery charge may be made.

Pet blankets, toys etc can be left to make pets feel at home, however  they are left at the owners risk as they may become soiled or damaged and the owner gives permission for North Rigton Kennels to use their own bedding if the pets own becomes wet or dirty.

Boarding fees are per night with pets to be collected by 11.00am the following morning, otherwise a day boarding charge for dogs or another nightly charge for cats will be levied on the day of collection. Should the pet be collected before the date booked,  the full balance is due and must be paid on collection of the pet.

Data, whether electronic or paper will be used and stored by North Rigton Country Kennels and Cattery but not shared with another third party except for veterinary care.

A deposit of £50 per kennel per week or part week, or the total boarding fee (whichever is the lessor) is required at time of booking to confirm a booking and bookings are not accepted until this payment has been received. This deposit is non refundable unless a clear  7 days notice of cancellation is provided, in which case, a £10 cancellation fee will be retained from your deposit and the balance refunded by BACS.
