Our kennels

Our kennels are spacious, clean, and centrally heated with thermostatic control. Your dog will have a clean warm bed consisting of a vet bed and a blanket. You are welcome to bring a blanket and toy/chew to help your dog settle but not a dog bed; any items are left at your own risk. Dogs are exercised in our secure field, either on or off a lead depending on temperament and owners requirements.
Each kennel has its own spacious, covered, outdoor exercise area, so your dog can stretch their legs, wag their tail, roll about and see what is going on. We have waterproof mattresses for the outside runs for older dogs wanting to lie outside. Hygiene is of utmost importance and all kennels are thoroughly cleaned every day with an approved disinfectant.
We can provide food or if you prefer you can bring your own food. We have both fridge and freezer facilities for storing raw and frozen food. We only use high quality foods in the kennels from the James Well beloved Complete Diet range, Natures diet or Mole Valley.
Any medications or food additives are accurately administered as per your vets and your instructions (please provide any medication in the original packaging). A charge for medicating outside the hours of 7.00am to 7.00pm will be made.
We have a large three acre, secure, exercise field for dog walking, playing and general exercise.

Pop holes are opened at 7.00am and our kennel-wide radio system turned on, followed by the daily routine of feeding, exercise and care until we close at 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 4.00pm on Saturday and Sunday.

However, dogs are checked at least once during the evening with an evening “round” of inspections. Please note however that we are only open for “drop off” and “pick up” from 8.00am to 11.00am and 3.00pm to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
8.00am to 11.00am and 2.30pm to 4.00pm
Saturday and Sunday

Please ensure your dog’s vaccinations, worming and flea treatments are up to date, to help us maintain our high standards in health and welfare and to comply with government regulations. Please bring your vaccination certificates with you when bringing pets for boarding, as we need to see this and record the date the booster is due.
You are welcome to come and see our facilities and discuss your pets needs from 1.00pm to 3.00pm most days, but please e-mail or telephone to arrange this beforehand.
